Who we are

Welcome to Yoruba Class Online, the premier online language school for teaching Yoruba language and culture to kids and young adults in the diaspora. Established in June 2021, we have a passion for preserving the Yoruba heritage and culture through language education. We believe that language is the key to transmitting culture, identity, and values, especially from parents to their children. With over 15 million Nigerians living outside of Nigeria, there are growing concerns about cultural and heritage loss among diaspora families. That's why we're dedicated to bridging this gap through our innovative, fun, and engaging Yoruba language training and contents, delivered virtually to make learning accessible to everyone. In the past one and a half years, we've had over 200 zoom training sessions with kids and young adults across the USA, UK, and Australia. Our experienced and passionate instructors use an interactive and engaging approach to language education, ensuring that each student has a fun and memorable experience while learning the Yoruba language and culture. We are committed to making Yoruba language education accessible to all and providing a fun and engaging way for diaspora families to connect with their heritage.
